There are tons of different granny square patterns and here is another one. The granny square "Sippa"! Sippa is the Swedish word for anemone and in springtime there are lots of anemones around here in Sweden. The pattern includes a written description and a diagram. This square is a bit smaller in size than many other squares, approximately 6 x 6 cm with the yarn that I have used.
This pattern also includes a diagram and a description for a half square which is used if you want to crochet the scarf Sippa .MATERIAL
