I came up with this pattern on a Sunday, so that's where the pattern name comes from. Crocheting flowers is a pretty good thing to do on Sundays :)
The flower has a compact design, so it won't loose the shape so easy. It works perfect as decoration on another crochet piece or for example for making a garland.
MATERIAL
Hook: 2,5 mm
ABBREVIATIONS, US CROCHET TERMS
st - stitch
sl st - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet
() repeat 5 times - repeat what's inside the brackets 5 times
[] - stitches inside the brackets are made in the same stitch
hdc - half double crochet
dc - double crochet
() repeat 5 times - repeat what's inside the brackets 5 times
[] - stitches inside the brackets are made in the same stitch
DESCRIPTION

The first sc on each round = ch 1 or a standing sc.
Join rounds with a sl st or an invisible join.

Start with a magic ring.
Round 1:
Make 10 sc in the magic ring. (10 sc, image 1)
Round 2:
Start in any sc. ([1 sc, 1 dc] in next st, [1 dc, 1 sc] in next st) repeat 5 times. (5 groups of {1 sc, 2 dc, 1 sc}, image 2 )
Round 3:
Start in any sc made before a dc. (1 sc , [1 hdc, 1 dc] in next st, [1 dc, 1 hdc] in next st, 1 sc) repeat 5 times. (5 groups of {1 sc, 1 hdc, 2 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc}, image 3 )
Round 4:
Start in any sc made after a hdc. (1 sc, 1 sl st into the sc directly below from round 1, 1 sc each in the next 5 st) repeat 5 times. (5 groups of {6 sc, 1 sl st}, image 4 )
Fasten off and weave in the ends.
